In this project, we hold sessions in villages, youth homes, schools, and at our office which are centered around constitutional values. We motivate youth to know more about themselves, their communities, and to improve their society.

Tribal Yuwa Utsav
30 tribal youth leaders - 7 tribes - 2 conferences 2021
We hold yearly conferences for tribal youth from Madhya Pradesh, where they each teach about their roots and traditions, share community challenges, and brainstorm solutions. After each event, participants go back to their communities to initiate action projects in their communities.

Pagdandi Yatra
200+ participants - 7 trips since 2017
Each year, we host a 10 day trip for rural and urban youth from all over India and abroad to experience rural immersion. Through this experience, rural participants gain exposure to urban youth, and urban youth gain exposure to rural communities, creating opportunities for mutual exchange and learning. Until now, we have had participants fro Delhi, Mumbai, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Kerala, Europe and North America. ​


Nayika Fellowship
16 Korku girls supported - 14 high school graduates since 2017
This project engages girls from agricultural families who are passionate about their studies, providing them with the financial support, tuitions, and counseling they require in order to finish 12th class. After finishing school, fellowship graduates have gone on to start businesses, attend college, and enter the social work field. ​
